Terms of use
Last updated October 12, 2026This is a translation. If it differs from the French version, the French version prevails.
These terms apply to the Geody app, published by Keru Studio, France. By downloading or using Geody, you accept them.
Who can play
Geody is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, including any purchase.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Geody on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, or use it to build a competing product.
Free play and the unlock
Geody is free to download. The daily challenge is free for everyone, and free play includes a few runs a day. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited free play; there is no subscription. Payment, billing and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. To get your unlock back on a new device, use “Restore purchases” in Settings with the same store account.
Maps and content
Country shapes, borders, flags and figures in Geody are simplified for play. They are not authoritative and don’t express any position on disputed territories. The Geody name, mascot, artwork and code belong to Keru Studio.
Fair play
Don’t use cheats, automation or exploits, and don’t interfere with the app or its services.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Geody running, but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update the app and add, change or remove features. The unlock you bought will remain available for as long as we offer the app.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Keru Studio is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Geody. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
App stores
If you downloaded Geody from the App Store, Apple’s standard end user licence agreement also applies. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. EU consumers may also use a consumer mediator.
